- 1 Inch Cinnamon Stick

Long Grain Rice, washed and soaked for 15 Mins - 4 Green Cardamoms

- For Fried Onion/ Birista:
- 1 Large Red Onion,sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar

For Garnish:
- 2 Teaspoon,Ghee
- 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro chopped

Tablespoon Warm Milk
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned for marination.
Keep water to boil for cooking the rice. - Add cardamom,bay leaves,peppercorns,salt and cinnamon.
When the water starts boiling add rice and cook till its 50% done.
