Greek Salad With Chicken

Crunchy, crispy, fresh with a strong Mediterranean flavor, Greek Chicken Salad can be prepared before lunch on weekdays or before light and healthy dinner.

For lunch, this is the best food we have planned before, but not always. Our lack of will leads to overeating compared to our coworkers’ budget for lunch, or poor fast food service choices (well, I need french fries). Or worse, we skip and enter midday after work. Eating together can cause snacks to explode.

The only thing that made me go into the “one-for-one” puzzle was to prepare some of my favorite nutritional ingredients to be filled and a healthy lunch salad (for dinner too) and I knew it would be put all week long. in the fridge.

This recipe is a classic improvised Greek salad with grilled chicken. Every day I need Greek and Mediterranean specialties from Kalamata olives, crispy feta cheese, and crispy cucumbers, which I need every day, and I can easily add two foods to prepare the recipe.
