Instructions
- Wash,clean and cut the chicken pieces.
- In a mixing bowl add the ingredients mentioned for marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to marinade and mix well.
- Keep it refrigerated for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile,in a bowl add the ingredients for the tzatziki sauce.
- mix well and keep aside.
- Heat a grilling pan,spread some of the marinade over the pan/grill.
- Thread the chicken alternating between onion and bell peppers on to the skewers.
- Grill them on each side for 2 mins,keep rotating till the chicken is cooked well.
- I have finally held the skewers directly onto the flame for few seconds just to get the smoky
flavors. - This step is optional.
- Please make sure that you do not burn the chicken or skewers if you are doing the final step.
Serve immediately with sauce.
