  • 1 Clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. Wash,clean and cut the chicken pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl add the ingredients mentioned for marinade.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to marinade and mix well.
  4. Keep it refrigerated for 15 mins.
  5. Meanwhile,in a bowl add the ingredients for the tzatziki sauce.
  6. mix well and keep aside.
  7. Heat a grilling pan,spread some of the marinade over the pan/grill.
  8. Thread the chicken alternating between onion and bell peppers on to the skewers.
  9. Grill them on each side for 2 mins,keep rotating till the chicken is cooked well.
  10. I have finally held the skewers directly onto the flame for few seconds just to get the smoky
    flavors.
  11. This step is optional.
  12. Please make sure that you do not burn the chicken or skewers if you are doing the final step.
    Serve immediately with sauce.
