Description
In less than 30 minutes, dinner is finished with the best, convenient and fast chicken noodles. Just frying, and in 30 minutes, snacks are easy and kids will love it – the best Parmesan chicken noodles are very tasty and easily repaired. You can adjust it to the pasta of your choice – this will be your favorite dinner menu. The best Parmesan chicken noodles!
Ingredients
- For Garnish- chopped Parsley
- 3 Cups Water
- 1.5 Cup Mozzarella,grated
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2.5 Cups Marinara
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Cup Parmesan,grated
- 2 Cloves Garlic,minced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Chicken,boneless,diced/chopped
- As per need Salt
- 8 oz Penne/3 Cups Penne, Uncooked
- 1 small Red Onion,chopped
Instructions
- How to cook The 20-Minute Best Chicken Parmesan Pasta
- In a dutch oven,add oilve oil and let it get hot.
- Add garlic and onion.
- Add chopped/diced chicken.
- Saute till the chicken is cooked and veggies are soft.
- Add pepper powder and Italian seasoning to the pot.
- Add pasta of your choice(I have used penne) .
- Add marinara sauce and next add water to the pot.
- Mix well and cover to cook on medium heat till 80% pasta is done(approx. 10 to 15 mins).
- Add parmesan and 1/2 of mozzarella and stir well.
- Add remaining mozzarella grated and cover to cook further on lowest heat till cheese is
melted well(approx 5 mins). - Finally add chopped parsley and serve after it has slightly cooled.
Notes
- Chop the chicken into chunks or slightly smaller pieces to cook them perfectly.If you like to have larger chunks then dice them well.
- Use freshly grated parmesan and mozzarella in the recipe to get best flavor. Pre powdered parmesan does not taste very well compared to freshly grated.
- You can use penne or any pasta of your choice in the recipe.
- Instead of water you can use stock either vegetarian or chicken in this recipe.
- You can also some veggies like broccoli,green peas,carrots, if you are looking for little healthier option.
- You can make this vegetarian instead of adding chicken,then skip chicken and add beans,chickpeas,tofu or cottage cheese cubes instead
