Ingredients of Salmon Mentai Rice
- You need 260 g of salmon skin-off.
- Prepare 1 cup of cooked rice.
- Prepare of Seaweed.
- It’s 2 tbs of soy sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of sesame oil.
- It’s of Mentai Sauce.
- It’s 5 tbs of kewpie mayonnaise.
- You need 2.5 tbs of sweet chilli sauce.
- Prepare 2 tbs of tobiko.
Salmon Mentai Rice instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°.
- Marinate salmon in soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 mins and pan fry.
- Mix mayonnaise, chilli sauce, and tobiko together and set aside.
- Mix cooked rice with seaweed in pyrex.
- Place salmon on top of rice and pour mentai sauce over it.
- Add seaweed on too of the sauce.
- Bake rice in 180° oven for 10-18 mins.
