Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
6 slices of pepperoni *feel free to add more
Instructions
First Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and prepare a lined baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl together until mixed together.
Thinly spread out your mixture on the parchment paper into the shape of pizza shape crust.
Top with pepperoni and extra Italian seasoning (optional).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Switch the oven to broil for a few minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
