Description
Korean Short Ribs Kalbi BBQ is very flavorful and sweet, made from short ribs soaked all day in soy garlic seasoning with grated pears and perfectly grilled!

Ingredients
- 4 pounds flanken short ribs cut across the bones 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1 yellow onion grated
- green onions for garnish
- 3 garlic cloves grated
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 pear cored and grated
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for at least 24 hours then drain from the marinade before cooking.
- Cook in the oven for 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees then broil for 1-2 minutes OR heat your grill to medium high and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
